Read for Health

Read for Health is a language arts-based nutrition and physical activity education curriculum for early elementary school students (pre-K through 2nd grade). Each of the 24 lessons is based around the reading of a storybook, followed by a discussion and hands on tasting, gardening, or physical activity.
