Afterschool Club Kits
SNAP-Ed Afterschool Club Kits assist schools planning, developing and leading after school clubs that promote healthy behaviors. The Club Kits include planning documents and educational resources to develop enriching clubs in three thematic areas: cooking, gardening, and physical activity.

- Club Meeting Plan – Prepare a plan for each club meeting, populating with activities selected from Activity Tables.
